One-on-One Personal Training
Personalized strength and fitness coaching tailored to the individual
Sessions are designed around the needs, goals, interests, and current abilities of each client. We help individuals build strength, cardiovascular fitness, body awareness, confidence, and enjoyment around movement in a supportive, personalized setting.
Sessions may take place outdoors, in community settings, through our mobile wellness gym, or in fitness environments that best support the individual’s success. We work with clients across a wide range of starting points and tailor each session to their current strength, endurance, coordination, and comfort level.

Training may include free weights, functional movement, walking, hiking, running, swimming, cycling, and other accessible forms of exercise that help clients build both physical capacity and confidence.

Nutrition work may include sharing meals in the community while discussing healthy choices and portion awareness, grocery store trips to practice selecting balanced options, or developing simple meal plans. We focus on helping clients better understand food choices and build habits that support long-term health.
Nutrition is easiest to learn through real experiences, so we integrate it into community settings and everyday decision-making.

Our life skills coaching is woven into movement, nutrition, and community-based experiences to help clients build greater independence and confidence in everyday life. Rather than teaching skills in isolation, we practice them in meaningful real-world settings.

Life skills support may include communication, routine-building, following a schedule, making healthy choices, emotional awareness, self-advocacy, community participation, and greater comfort navigating everyday wellness tasks. We use health and movement as a bridge to broader personal growth.
