“I achieved things I never thought were possible through Common Connections Wellness. I lost 50 lbs. competed in 7 cycling races, and rode over 10,000 miles! Jace supported me every step of the way and became more than my trainer and nutritionist - he became my friend."

“Sessions with CCW were more than a workout - they were an outdoor adventure to a local trail, pool, or gym. Jace's passion for exercise, nutrition, and life were contagious. I found myself looking forward to our sessions and becoming passionate about exercise myself. I still workout multiple times a week and have more independence than ever before."

“I always loved the water and going to the pool. Thanks to Common Connections Wellness, I got to go to the pool each week and learn to swim laps! I got healthier and had fun at same time. I wish I could have CCW sessions every day."

“Before Common Connections Wellness, I was always told I couldn't use free weights. Trainers made me stick to machines... Well, machines were no fun! Through CCW, I learned proper form and started lifting more weight than I ever thought possible. I loved going to the gym and pumping iron with Jace! Our sessions were fun, and he always met me where I was at."
